Sarah Penner is a highly experienced Land Manager with a strong foundation in both surface and mineral rights, acquisitions, and operational drilling within the Oil & Gas sector. With years of hands-on industry involvement, she expertly navigates complex land deals, lease negotiations, and drilling coordination, ensuring seamless execution of multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.

Sarah leads the Anevay land team with a focus on strategic leasing and title curative work. Her deep knowledge of Oklahoma’s mineral landscape and attention to detail allow her to identify and resolve title defects efficiently, helping to move projects forward with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Sarah’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband are proud parents of two and love spending time together, whether it’s a family golf outing or cheering from the sidelines at her daughter’s high school pom performances at Edmond-area games. Those moments with her family are the ones she treasures most.
