Monica Johnson

Monica Johnson serves as Director of Accounting & Finance, bringing over 20 years of specialized experience in the Oil & Gas industry. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A. in Accounting, Monica is known for her analytical precision, technological expertise, and ability to streamline financial processes in fast-paced environments. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in accounts payable, revenue distribution, and full-cycle accounting, with a strong track record of improving internal controls and system efficiencies.

 

Monica is highly proficient in a range of accounting platforms and ERP systems, with a passion for using technology to solve complex challenges. Her dedication to accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration has made her a valued asset in both startup and established corporate settings.

Outside of work, Monica is deeply involved in her community—volunteering at her daughter’s school and helping coach her son’s sports teams. A proud Sooner family, she and her husband rarely miss an OU game!
