H. Amirald Gee IV

Amirald’s foundation is built on lessons learned in courthouse halls and family kitchens alike. He grew up alongside friends whose parents had been in the oil and gas industry for generations, learning the history and opportunities of the region. By age eighteen, he was frequenting county courthouses—filing abstracts, imaging documents, and tracing titles back to the early 1900s—absorbing the unvarnished reality of land stewardship. Those long days of piecing the details together taught him that precision, integrity, and genuine relationships are the only way to unlock a property’s true value.

 

By applying those same principles for more than a decade, Amirald has built Anevay into a trusted land partner known for precision, relationships, and long-term value. He approaches every project with the same mindset he learned in the courthouse halls—listen to the land, honor its history, and invest with integrity so that every deal creates a prosperous legacy for clients, families, and communities alike.

 

Outside of work, Amirald is happiest alongside his high school sweetheart and business partner, Emily. Together, they’re raising three kids, wrangling four dogs, and navigating a schedule that never quits. They have built a life around shared passions—family, community, and entrepreneurship.
